Qualifications for Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA):
• BCBA Certification
• Proficient with various assessment methods
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and management abilities
• Passion for working with children and families

Key Responsibilities of Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA):
• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments using standardized tools
• Develop comprehensive ABA Treatment Plans
• Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Review session notes and provide constructive feedback
• Conduct parent training sessions and quarterly team meetings
• Collaborate with educators and related service providers as necessary

  • You’ll oversee the full therapy process, from assessment and treatment planning to staff supervision and parent collaboration
