Job Description
• Collect data on client behaviors and progress towards goals
• Assist with the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans
• Provide direct one-on-one therapy to clients with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)/ ADHD, or other disabilities.
• Use reinforcement techniques to promote skill acquisition and behavior reduction
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure consistent treatment approaches
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client sessions and progress
Experience:
• Previous experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities preferred
• Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques
• Ability to follow behavior intervention plans and implement strategies effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping others
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Additional Information:
• Our center is team-focused, with multiple BCBAs, BCaBAs, and Office Assistants to support our RBT staff.
• Luminescence Therapy collaborates with Speech and Occupational Therapy professionals to provide comprehensive care.
• Quarterly raises based on performance
• MUST HAVE RBT CERTIFICATION ACTIVE
Hours of operation M-F 8-4 or 8-2
