You’ll collaborate with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), who will supervise approximately 5% - 10 % of your sessions, while you independently implement individualized treatment plans and collect data electronically to track progress. Responsibilities:
• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in clinic, home, and community settings.
• Teach daily living, toileting, language, feeding, and social skills.
• Collect data electronically to track skill acquisition and behavior reduction.
• Perform frequent kneeling, standing, running, and lifting as needed during sessions.
• Use de-escalation techniques and behavior intervention strategies for challenging behaviors (e.g., hitting, throwing, biting, elopement).

What You’ll Need:
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check prior to employment.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (required).
• Passion for helping children with autism reach their full potential.
• Consistent attendance and reliability to support client success.
• Ability to perform physical tasks (kneeling, standing, running, carrying).
• Completion of 40-hour RBT training prior to start.
• Must complete the RBT competency assessment and RBT exam within 30 days of starting.

Pay & Benefits:
• Starting pay: $18/hr (before RBT exam); increases to $20/hr upon RBT certification.
• $500 sign-on bonus on your first paycheck.
• Full benefits (medical, dental, vision) after 30–60 days.
• Mileage reimbursement for travel.
• Paid training and continuous BCBA supervision and support.
• PTO accrual starting immediately.
• Paid holidays after 90 days.
• Monthly performance bonus for full-time RBTs after 6 months.

Job Details:
• Full-time availability within 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM, Monday–Friday.
• Must commit to a minimum of 6 months of continuous employment for clinical training.
• Work in clinic, client homes, and community settings across Colorado Springs.
• Must be available at least 25 hours per week, consistently across 5 weekdays.
