Position: BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
We are seeking a dedicated BCBA to join our collaborative team. In this role, you will work under the supervision of a BCBA to implement treatment plans, collect and analyze data, and supervise RBTs. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive environment focused on quality care and professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement individualized ABA therapy programs under BCBA supervision
• Conduct skill acquisition and behavior reduction sessions with clients
• Collect, analyze, and report on behavior data
• Support parent training and family education initiatives
• Provide clinical support and mentorship to RBTs
• Participate in regular team meetings, trainings, and staff development
• Ensure therapy aligns with the mission of “therapy with heart”
Requirements:
• Active BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• Master's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field
• Minimum of 1 year experience in ABA (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for working with children and their families
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Professional, organized, and detail-oriented

• Data collection and analysis
• Conflict resolution and problem-solving
• Integrity, professionalism, and empathy
• Ability to build meaningful relationships with clients and families
• Organizational awareness and time management

All licensed ABA staff—including BCaBAs, BCBAs (I/II/III), Assistant Clinical Directors, and Clinical Directors—are eligible for a performance-based bonus paid out each paycheck.
