Responsibilities:
• Conduct behavioral assessments and functional behavior analyses
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
• Provide training and support for teachers and staff on behavior management strategies
• Work closely with students to improve social, emotional, and academic outcomes
• Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports in compliance with regulatory standards
