Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Alpharetta, GA, for a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP). The SLP will assess, diagnose, and provide evidence-based therapy to children with speech, language, and communication disorders. Responsibilities include creating and implementing personalized treatment plans, collaborating with families and interdisciplinary team members, monitoring progress, and maintaining accurate records in compliance with applicable regulations. The role may also involve working with children experiencing challenges with dysphagia.

Qualifications
• Proficient in Speech Therapy techniques and interventions for children
• Skilled in evaluating and treating Speech and Language Disorders
• Experience with Dysphagia and related treatment methodologies
• Demonstrated understanding of Communication Disorders and how to support children in achieving improved outcomes
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with families and interdisciplinary professionals
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure or certification to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred but not required
• Bilingual skills are a plus
