Job Overview

We are seeking a bilingual Chinese-speaking therapist (Mandarin or Cantonese) to provide virtual and in-person therapy (minimum one in-office day per week). Our systems are streamlined so you can maintain flexibility while delivering excellent care without burnout.

Compensation & Benefits

Responsibilities
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide psychotherapy aligned with your interests and specialties
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation
• Participate in consultation or trainings as desired
• Collaborate with supportive colleagues as needed

Requirements
• Active LMFT, LCSW, LPCC or Associate (AMFT, ACSW, APCC) in California
• Bilingual Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) required
• Experience with virtual and/or in-person therapy
• Ability to be in-office 1 day per week (Arcadia)
• Strong communication and documentation skills

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $46.00 - $60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
