As a Behavior Technician, you'll work one-on-one with clients to build essential skills, support positive behaviors, and help improve quality of life. This is a rewarding, hands-on role with paid training, strong clinical support, and opportunities to grow within the field of behavioral health.

What You'll Do
• Implement ABA therapy programs under the supervision of a BCBA
• Collect accurate data during therapy sessions
• Work with clients in home, community, school, or clinic settings
• Address challenging behaviors using positive behavior support strategies
• Support caregivers as needed
• Maintain timely session notes and timecards
• Collaborate with Supervisors and clinical teams
• Adhere to ethical standards and company policies
• Support new hires through shadowing and overlap sessions
What We're Looking For
• High School Diploma or GED required
• College coursework in progress or completed (preferred)
• At least 6 months of experience working with individuals with disabilities (preferred, not required)
• Availability of at least 15 hours per week during afternoons/evenings
• Must be 18 years or older
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance (paid travel time provided)
• Ability to pass background check, TB test, physical/Fit for Duty exam, and provide or obtain proof of required immunizations
