Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated BCBA Clinical Partner to join our dynamic behavioral health team. In this vital role, you will collaborate closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), providing expert support in delivering high-quality behavioral therapy services. Your focus will be on working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder, to promote meaningful progress through evidence-based interventions. This position offers an engaging environment where your expertise directly impacts clients’ lives, fostering growth and independence.
Duties
• Assist in conducting comprehensive patient assessments and diagnostic evaluations to determine individualized treatment needs.
• Support the development and implementation of behavior intervention plans aligned with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.
• Collect, analyze, and document data meticulously during therapy sessions to monitor progress and inform treatment adjustments.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, ensuring consistency across services and settings.
• Maintain accurate medical records, including intake documentation, progress notes, and treatment updates, in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Participate in training sessions on medical terminology, medical documentation standards, and behavioral health best practices.
• Contribute to patient care by supporting behavioral health interventions tailored for children and individuals with disabilities.
Requirements
• Proven experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, especially autism spectrum disorder.
• Strong knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
• Experience in data collection, analysis, and reporting within a clinical or educational setting.
• Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and HIPAA compliance standards.
• Ability to perform patient assessments and assist in diagnostic evaluations effectively.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with families, caregivers, and healthcare professionals.
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, special education, social work or related field; a certification or background as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is preferred but not required.
