• * What you'll do:
• **** Direct Therapy
• *** Provide direct ABA during 1:1 session with clients
• Responsible for the design, implementation, and monitoring of all facets of intervention for all assigned clients under guidance of DDA Administrator
• Attend and actively participate in parent team meetings, IEP meetings, trainings and other meetings as requested
• Ensure safety of clients, self, and others at all times
• ** Assessments/Data Collection
• *** Complete initial assessments and authorization reports in timely manner
• Assist with functional analyses and skills/developmental assessments
• Create data sheets to monitor progress and behaviors as needed
• Revise and update client programming and behavior intervention plans in a timely fashion under guidance of DDA Administrator
• ** Oversight/Supervision
• *** Design and ensure the implementation of behavior intervention plans
• Provide and document training and required supervision of RBTs
• Consistently work to improve delivery of quality of therapy services
• * What you'll bring
• ** Master’s Degree in ABA
• Prior leadership experience preferred
• Board certification in behavior analysis (BCBA)
• Strong organizational and time-management skills along with the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Knowledge of Insurance ABA Requirements and Billing
