JOB DETAILS BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN/THERAPIST:
• Implement 1:1 high-quality behavior ABA (behavior therapy) programs with clients
• Record data during ABA Intervention Sessions using Motivity/tablet
• Coach Parents Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Principles
• Participate in Clinical Meetings and monthly training
• Implement ABA during Social Skills Groups
• Learn and implement de-escalation strategies (prevent and manage conflicts)
• Pay range for Full Time BTs (36-40 hours per week) between$20.01-$28.59/hr ($23.59-$28.59 for Full Time)
REQUIREMENTS:
• High school or bachelor's degree in psychology, special education, or a related field
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working with children/adolescents/adults
• Passionate to play and work with children; responsible; great communicator
• Pass the background check and pre-employment screenings
• Meet the physical needs of conducting sessions with young clients.

WORKING CONDITIONS:
• The position will be performed at our clinic, sometimes virtual or in the home, at times in the (after) school or daycare, and in the community. Regular business hours are between 9 am and 6.30 pm (or for home-based: 7.30 pm).
