Job Description
en reach their full potential through hands-on speech therapy. We’re looking for Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) who are excited to make a real difference every day.
With flexible schedules, autonomy, and a clinician-first culture, you’ll feel at home from day one.
What You’ll Do:
• Provide hands-on therapy for kids with communication and swallowing needs right in their homes
• Build personalized treatment plans that focus on each child’s developmental goals
• Share easy, practical strategies with families to help therapy stick at home
• Collaborate with a team of PTs, OTs, and SLPs to make sure every child gets coordinated care
• Keep documentation up to date in our simple EMR system
What You’ll Need:
• Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Licensed or eligible for Texas SLP licensure
• ASHA CCC or CFY candidates encouraged to apply
• Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Committed to making a positive impact on kids and families
