Responsibilities:
• Work one-on-one with clients to implement individualized ABA treatment plans
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills through positive reinforcement
• Collect and record data on client progress
• Collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), parents, and other team members
• Create a fun and engaging learning environment
Qualifications:
• Experience working with children, preferably in ABA or a related field
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field (preferred)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Patience, enthusiasm, and a passion for helping others
