Responsibilities
• Serve as the State Clinical Director – Colorado, providing direct supervision and support to RBTs with a focus on quality outcomes
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans with measurable client goals
• Lead caregiver meetings to ensure family involvement and progress monitoring
• Balance in-home and tele-health services across assigned cases
• Maintain high standards of data collection and clinical documentation
Qualifications
• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (required)
• At least 1 year of experience as a Clinical Director (required)
• Strong communication and leadership skills with families and team members
• Experience with both in-home and center-based services
• Comfort with technology-based ABA tools
