Job Description

We are seeking a qualified and collaborative Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide behavioral support and consultation around Lancaster, California. This role involves working directly with students, educators, and support staff to assess behavioral needs, develop and monitor intervention plans, and contribute to positive outcomes for students with diverse learning profiles.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Provide ongoing behavioral consultation and support to classroom staff
• Monitor student progress through data collection and analysis
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with educational teams
• Support students in both general and special education settings

Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
• Current BCBA certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
• Experience working in school settings strongly preferred
