What You’ll Do
• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, and community settings
• Implement individualized treatment plans focused on skill development, behavior reduction, and client independence
• Collect accurate data using clinical software to track progress and outcomes
• Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs to ensure consistent, high-quality implementation of treatment plans
• Support generalization of skills and contribute to parent and caregiver coaching as directed by the BCBA

What You Bring
• Active RBT Certification through the BACB (required)
• Experience working with children or adolescents with ASD
• Confidence delivering services independently in the field (home, community, or school)
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance
• High school diploma or GED required; college coursework in psychology, education, or related field preferred
• Strong communication skills; bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
