• Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and best practices
• Strong communication skills with students, staff, and families
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess students behavioral needs and create individualized behavior intervention plans
• Consult with educational staff on behavioral supports and effective strategies
• Provide direct and indirect support to students requiring behavioral interventions
• Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and recommend plan adjustments
• Conduct staff training and offer guidance to promote positive student behavior
• Facilitate parent and staff meetings to discuss progress and strategies
• Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations as well as school policies
