Compensation, Benefits and Perks Total compensation package up to $119,000 annually with potential to earn more based on center size, mentorship of RBTs, and supervision of assigned trainees. Base salary plus performance bonuses, mentorship bonuses, and long-term ownership in the company. Monthly performance bonuses (uncapped) start after delivering a minimum amount of treatment per week. Mentorship bonuses for supervision hours toward a Master’s in ABA. Certification bonuses for therapists who become certified under your supervision. Relocation packages available. 401(k) with company match. Remote work days: 3 days per month. Schedule: Monday–Friday 11:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m. with rotating Saturday morning schedule. Almost 30 days off in Year One (holidays, PTO, CEU days, flex days). Manageable caseloads: up to 8 children. No non-compete clauses.
