We are currently recruiting a Child and Adolescent Therapist to provide counseling services in person at the Christian Family Solutions STRONG clinic and through a secure video connection during telehealth sessions. STRONG stands for Successfully Treating and Reaching Our Next Generation. This name was chosen because it expresses the unique value of each child that our program and organization serves, acknowledging that each child deserves a chance at a brighter future. The ideal candidate would be willing to provide mental health counseling services within a positive, Christian work environment.
This is a full-time position with standard hours of 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m. or 7:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

What you will be doing
The Child and Adolescent Therapist is responsible for serving as the parent and family liaison, facilitating psycho-educational groups, process groups, and individual and family therapy for clients admitted into the intensive outpatient program.
Quality mental health delivered with integrity is the first commitment we make to our clients. We are also committed to offering the option of Christian faith principles integrated with a client’s treatment, as needed and if desired by the client. Requirements
• Master's Degree in a Human Services related field (psychology, counseling, marriage and family therapy, social work or a closely related field) required.
• Must have required hours of supervised clinical experience with an LPC, LCSW, LMFT; or be working toward the completion of supervised hours with an LPC-IT.
• Possess required hours of supervised clinical experience with an LPC, LCSW, LMFT preferred.
• Ability to work with diverse populations.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• A high degree of responsibility in maintaining confidentiality in all matters pertaining to work.
• Active member of a WELS or ELS or confessional Lutheran church preferred.
• Willingness to support the mission of Christian Family Solutions and uphold a biblical worldview in the clinical setting.
• CPI (Nonviolent Crisis Intervention) certified after hire.
