What You'll Do Day-to-day

Provide clinical oversight and supervision for all RBTs operating across South Florida ABA programs
Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop, maintain, and update behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
Ensure all clinical services meet BACB ethical standards and payer documentation requirements
Oversee clinical documentation, session notes, progress reports, and insurance authorization renewals
Collaborate with the ABA Operations Director on caseload management, scheduling, and staffing
Serve as the clinical point of contact for South Florida families, referral sources, and payers
Maintain full compliance with Florida Medicaid ABA billing requirements

What We're Looking For

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) — required
3+ years of clinical ABA experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory or director-level role
Strong knowledge of Florida Medicaid ABA policies and documentation standards
Experience with CentralReach or similar ABA practice management platforms
Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred for the South Florida market
Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable operating in a fast-growth startup environment
