Job Description
Early Career Behavior Analyst – New York
At All Points Licensed Behavior Analysts, we do things differently. As a clinician-owned company led by experienced and respected BCBAs, we prioritize individualized support, hands-on mentorship, and a collaborative environment where you can thrive. Our Clinical Development Program is designed to set first-year BCBAs up for success by offering structured, hands-on supervision experience led by experienced BCBAs and doctoral-level professionals.

• Personalized Mentorship: Benefit from at least three monthly 1:1 meetings with a dedicated Clinical Supervisor, focusing on clinical, supervisory, and programmatic skills tailored to your development.
• Advanced Training Sessions: Participate in two or more group meetings each month with a doctoral-level BCBA, designed to deepen your conceptual and foundational knowledge.
• Hands-on Supervision: Receive real-time feedback and guidance from your Clinical Supervisor while engaging in hands-on BCBA responsibilities such as treatment plan modifications, parent training, assessments, and more.

Requirements
• Master’s Degree.
• BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) New York
• Exceptional organizational, time management, and communication skills.
SCHEDULE & LOCATION:
• Full-time, Monday to Friday, with no weekend or evening work.
• Work is based in-person, with a primary location in New City, NY and some travel throughout the Hudson Valley and NYC.
