- •Develop new connections and maintain ones by engaging customers throughout the loan process and life cycle, presenting tailored solutions based on customer needs
- •Manage the life cycle of loans, including collections activities while maintaining compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
- •Engage with customers and other departments through multiple technological channels, including phone, email, chat and our in-house systems
- •Exhibit passion for achievement, bringing an internal drive to succeed and goal oriented attitude
- •Clearly educate and inform customers on optional insurance products, ensuring customers have a thorough understanding of the loans, terms and their options
