• Participate in caregiver training sessions to reinforce skills at home.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold iCare Therapy’s high ethical standards.

What You’ll Bring
• Active RBT certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred.

• Comfort working in home-based environments and partnering with caregivers.
• Excellent communication, observation, and time management skills.
• Positive energy, professionalism, and a heart for helping families thrive.

What You’ll Get
• Competitive Salary: Commensurate with Experience
• Paid Time Off: 3+ weeks plus holidays
• Flexible schedule (including evenings and weekends)
• Ongoing BCBA supervision and mentorship
• CEU and professional development support
• Clear career pathways to Lead RBT, Clinical Care Coordinator, or BCBA (with tuition support opportunities)
