What We Offer & Benefits:
Guaranteed full time hours (30+) at full pay rate- including administrative time.
Flexible schedule
• Work 4 days per week:
• Monday through Thursday 8am-5 pm OR
• Tuesday through Friday 8am - 5 pm
Comprehensive training in ABA before providing one-on-one therapy in a clinic environment.
Paid training and RBT certification.
At least 10% direct on-site supervision provided by our experienced BCBAs.
Opportunity to grow in the field of ABA - we provide trainees pursuing their Masters in ABA with on-site BCBA supervision for restricted and unrestricted hours.
Monthly check-in meetings with our on-site counselors..

• Mon - Thurs / Tues - Fri / M-T & Th-F (8am-5pm)
Responsibilities:
Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to children in a clinic environment.
Deliver an individualized ABA program written and designed by the BCBA for your clients focused on communication, socialization, activities of daily living skills and behavior reduction.
Collect accurate electronic data on skill acquisition and behavior reduction goals.
Engage with the clients in a fun, supportive and positive manner to build and maintain relationships to promote social interaction and learning and interaction.
Qualifications:
Required:
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience with Autistic children or other developmental disabilities.
• Ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Personal means of transportation and proof of auto insurance
Preferred:
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
