Job Description
RBT in this school-based role, you will provide direct support to students with autism and other developmental disabilities, helping them build skills and succeed in the classroom and beyond. You will collaborate with educators and clinical teams to ensure each student receives consistent, compassionate care.
Pay: $25 hr
Hours: 8:15 AM - 3:15 PM Monday-Friday
Responsibilities
• Implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Provide one-on-one direct support in the classroom and during school activities
• Collect and record data on student progress and behavior
• Support students with academic tasks and social skills development
• Assist with positive behavior strategies to promote student success
Requirements
• Active RBT certification
• Experience working in a school-based setting preferred
• Strong communication skills and a passion for working with children
• Ability to work consistently during assigned school hours
