Compensation: $225,000 - $275,000

Responsibilities
• Precept and mentor residents and medical students in the clinic.
• Lead educational sessions and contribute to curriculum development and program evaluation.
• Conduct timely resident evaluations and support resident well-being.
• Participate in resident recruitment, orientation, graduation, and accreditation activities.
• Maintain board certification and all required credentials (e.g., BLS, ACLS, MAT Waiver).
• Provide high-quality patient care, including policy compliance and quality improvement.
Qualifications
• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Family Medicine Residency.
• Board-certified in Family Medicine or equivalent qualification.
• Licensed to practice in Pennsylvania with valid DEA registration.
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, MAT Waiver.
• Familiarity with or commitment to the EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) model is strongly preferred.
