Job Description

Responsibilities
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide direct support to clients in various settings, focusing on skill acquisition and behavior reduction.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors accurately.
• Assist in developing care plans tailored to each client's needs.
• Educate clients and families about behavioral health strategies and interventions.
• Maintain up-to-date medical records and documentation as required.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Experience
• Previous experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Familiarity with behavioral therapy techniques and data collection methods is highly desirable.
• Experience in patient care, particularly with individuals on the autism spectrum, is a plus.
• Strong communication skills to effectively educate clients and families about treatment plans.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
