Flexible Pay Bonus Structure

Employees choose their weekly billable hour target starting at 20 hours per week. The selected target determines their base salary.

How It Works
• Your chosen weekly billable target (minimum 20 hours) sets your guaranteed base salary.
• Hours worked above your selected weekly target generate uncapped bonus pay.
• Bonuses are calculated monthly based on the average weekly hours worked above your chosen target.
• Bonus hours are paid at an agreed-upon hourly rate.
• Bonuses are paid once per month.

Example

Chosen Target: 20 hours/week

Average Worked: 28 hours/week

Bonus Hours: 8 hours/week

8 hours × 4 weeks × agreed rate = Monthly bonus
• You control your workload and your earning potential.

Additional Option

If you prefer to work fewer than 20 hours per week, we offer 1099 independent contractor opportunities that are paid on an hourly basis.
• This option provides flexibility for those who do not want to commit to the 20-hour minimum required for the Flexible Pay Bonus Structure.
• Offering a $3,000 sign on bonus
• Paid Time Off (PTO) for both Full-Time and Part-Time employees
• Health insurance eligibility for Full-Time and Part-Time employees
