Description:
Serve as District Staff to work under the supervision of the Behavior and Autism Coordinator and Behavior Specialist.
The role would involve 37.5 hours per week, full time, face to face until at least the end of the school year.
As students with specific needs move into the district and behavior referrals come into the department, RBTs will be assigned to those cases.
Each RBT will go out and observe and support the student.
Coaching staff on the use of interventions that may be helpful to the student will be part of the responsibilities.
Data collection will also be a key duty.
Placement with each student may last approximately three weeks to get the student on the right track and set the teacher up for behavior management success.
