Job Description

• Ability to communicate effectively and work on a team with other line techs.

Must Have:
• Experience working with children.
• Desire to work with individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Be organized and have the ability to work independently.
• Have a high school diploma or Bachelors degree (proof required)
• Be able to assume and maintain a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, standing) for extended periods of time.
• Be able to sit on the floor or stand for extended periods of time.
• Valid drivers license.
• Reliable transportation.
• Pass a state and federal background check.

Preferred:
• Work experience in ABA or RBT certificate.
• Safety Care Specialist.
• CPR up to date.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Work under the direct supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Responsible for implementing individualized treatment programs designed by the BCBA, collect ongoing data and occasionally create materials needed for clients program
  • Ability to work and maintain a professional demeanor in high stress situations such as when treating aggressive behaviors is a must
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work on a team with other line techs
