Duties
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate speech and language abilities of patients.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on assessment results.
• Provide direct speech therapy services to children in various settings including schools and clinics.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on strategies to support communication development at home.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care for patients with complex needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.
• Stay updated on the latest research and best practices in speech therapy and related fields.

Skills
• Proficient understanding of medical terminology related to speech-language pathology.
• Experience or knowledge in early intervention techniques for young children.
• Familiarity with pediatric patient care practices.
• Strong background in speech therapy methodologies and interventions.
• Ability to conduct thorough patient assessments to identify communication challenges.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $35.00 per hour

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Miami Lakes, FL 33014

Qualifications
