Key Responsibilities:

Provide ethical and compassionate mental health counseling via video chat
Help clients develop insights into their experiences, feelings, and relationships
Use solution-based treatment modalities to facilitate individual treatments
Develop individualized treatment plans to meet the needs of your clients
Monitor progress throughout the treatment plan and help clients develop healthy coping mechanisms

To be considered, you will need:

Master’s degree in counseling-related discipline: Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology
Current state-issued mental health counseling license to practice independently:

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Licensed Psychologist (PsyD)

Exceptional interpersonal skills and sympathetic nature
Strong computer literacy skills
Computer with webcam and audio capabilities for video sessions
Reliable internet connection
