• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to implement and monitor behavior strategies
• Provide training and guidance to school staff on behavior management techniques
• Track and analyze behavioral data to measure effectiveness and adjust interventions accordingly
• Ensure compliance with ethical standards and licensing requirements
Qualifications:
• Current Florida BCBA license is required
• Experience working with K-12 student populations in school settings
• Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and best practices
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Schedule & Location:
• 37.5 hours per week, 5 days a week
• Position is based in the Jacksonville, FL area
