es Together!Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hourEmployee Benefits Paid Time Off (PTO), Paid Holidays, and wage increases Drive time and mileage reimbursement traveling between client visitsReceive comprehensive ABA training to ensure readiness from day onePaid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification trainingJob DutiesSubstituting cases or assignments daily as instructed by Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)/clinical supervisorDeliver direct Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment services to children diagnosed with autism, conducting sessions in various settings such as their homes, schools, or within the community.Work under the guidance of a program supervisor, instructing clients on essential skills such as communication, play, socialization, and fostering greater independence. In addition, ABA Behavior Technicians assist in addressing challenging behaviors.Duties also include collecting, organizing, and summarizing behavioral data related to the child's treatment goals.6-month commitment to consistent and dependable attendance, as well as responsive and timely communication, is essential to the role.RequirementsProof of high school diploma or BA/BS degree in Psychology, Education, or Special Education or related field. Qualifications
- •RequirementsProof of high school diploma or BA/BS degree in Psychology, Education, or Special Education or related field
