Your Role as a BCBA

You will lead behavior supports across a student caseload and collaborate with a dedicated interdisciplinary team to promote positive, meaningful behavior change.

Supervision
• Oversee behavior programming for assigned caseload
• Collaborate regularly with the Behavior Team
• Lead quarterly Behavior Review Committee (BRC) meetings
• Provide individual and group RBT supervision per BACB guidelines

Direct Student Support
• Conduct formal and informal assessments and monitor behavior throughout the school day
• Develop FBAs and BIPs in collaboration with the IEP team; enter plans into systems (Embrace, EasyIEP)
• Collect, graph, and analyze behavior data
• Provide direct intervention and crisis response using approved procedures
• Participate in all IEP meetings and required documentation

Consultation
• Work with IEP teams to implement individualized plans
• Partner with families and in-home teams as needed
• Administer additional assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS)
• Ensure consistent behavior strategy implementation across environments
• Consult with transportation, classroom teams, and related service providers
• Support proactive, least-restrictive behavior intervention practices

Instruction & Training
• Train and coach staff on proactive strategies, data collection, and crisis procedures
• Lead Safety Care training
• Help develop behavior-focused IEP goals

General Support
• Assist classrooms and related service providers with behavior prevention and response
• Support arrival and dismissal
• Assist with student equipment and adaptive devices

Requirements
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification

Hours
• Monday–Friday, 8:15 a.m.–3:15 p.m.
• Includes a 6-week ESY (included in salary)

Salary
• $79,000–$86,000 annually (ESY included)
• Additional pay based on experience and education
• $2,500 sign-on bonus
