Job Description
Ideal for ABA Master students seeking experience and clinical hours to become a BCBA.

Key Responsibilities
• Receive mentorship from a Senior Clinical Supervisor, and the opportunity to receive restricted and unrestricted supervision hours
• Execute ABA therapy programs under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Deliver a high-quality level of clinical ABA services via direct and mid-level clinical work
• Assist supervising BCBA in conducting initial and ongoing assessments
• Assist supervising BCBA in writing treatment plans and assessment reports
• Record and manage accurate data on client progress
• Work directly with clients, observing Discrete Trial Teaching (DTT) and Natural Environmental Teaching (NET)
• Will assist Center BCBA by preparing curriculum materials for the day: facilitate circle, art, language for learning, etc.
• Complete all necessary paperwork and education requirements to comply with BACB and/or college requirements for advanced degrees (e.g., MA, MS) and certifications (e.g., BCaBA, BCBA).
Requirements
• Currently enrolled in a Master's program with ABA coursework.
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours weekly
• Experience working with children with developmental needs (preferred)
• Candidate must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, sit, and run as needed.
• Valid driver’s license
• Must pass a criminal background check (Livescan DOJ & FBI)
• Current TB clearance
• Located near San Luis Obispo, CA
