This role is ideal for a BCaBA seeking flexibility, independence, and a supportive small-company environment without the productivity pressure and micromanagement common in large ABA organizations.

We are quickly growing and currently have 3 cases ready to start ASAP, with additional referrals coming in.

Current cases are in:
• West Windsor, NJ
• Hamilton, NJ
• Princeton, NJ

Responsibilities
• Create treatment plans and programs in HiRasmus
• Schedule your own and staff appointments in Aloha ABA
• Supervise and train BTs/RBTs
• Monitor progress and update programs in HiRasmus
• Maintain clinical documentation
• Provide parent training to families and caregivers

Qualifications
• Active BCaBA certification
• Experience in home-based ABA preferred
• Strong communication and clinical skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
