Job Description
lementation of behavioral programs for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). This hybrid position offers the opportunity to work part-time and full-time, with flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs.
Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate the work of BCBA staff: Provide guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality behavioral programs.
• Develop and implement behavioral plans: Collaborate with other professionals to create and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments and evaluations: Use evidence-based assessments to inform treatment planning and measure progress.
• Maintain accurate records and reports: Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational requirements.
• Participate in staff training and professional development: Stay current with best practices and share knowledge with colleagues.
Requirements:
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related field: Completed coursework in ABA, as well as demonstrated competence in ABA principles and practices.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification: Must hold current BCBA certification, with eligibility for Ohio licensure.
• Minimum [ placeholder ] years of experience in ABA: Proven experience working with individuals with ASD and their families.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills: Ability to effectively interact with clients, families, and staff, while maintaining accurate records and reports.
