RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Evaluate and assess students' speech, language, and communication development.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals based on assessment results and IFSP/IEP mandates.
• Integrate Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) devices and strategies as appropriate.
• Collaborate effectively with parents, guardians, teachers, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Maintain accurate, confidential, and timely documentation of assessments, interventions, and progress.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to families and relevant school personnel.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Valid New York State SLP License.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred.
• Ability to safely lift, position, and transfer students as needed.
• Capable of working effectively in a dynamic and occasionally demanding environment.

The salary range and/or hourly rate listed is a good faith determination of potential base compensation that may be offered to a successful applicant for this position at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future. Responsibilities
- •FlexStaff is seeking a passionate and licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide comprehensive assessment, therapy, and intervention services to students, ensuring their communication needs are met in accordance with their Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) and Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
