Key Responsibilities
• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children under BCBA/BCaBA supervision
• Follow individualized treatment plans and behavior strategies
• Collect accurate data and document sessions daily
• Implement teaching and behavior modification protocols
• Obtain parent signatures for billing documentation
• Attend trainings and staff meetings as needed
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications
• High School Diploma or GED
• Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
• Experience with children with autism or developmental delays (preferred)
• RBT certification is a plus — training provided if not certified
• CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to maintain professionalism, confidentiality (HIPAA), and ethical standards
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with families and team members
• Background check clearance required

  • You’ll support treatment planning, collect data, assist with parent training, and collaborate with the care team—all while making a meaningful impact on children and families
