Job Description

Support student growth and positive classroom experiences by utilizing your expertise in behavior intervention and student assistance. Key Qualifications:
• Certification or training as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), Behavior Specialist, or Paraprofessional
• Experience implementing behavior intervention plans (BIPs) in educational settings
• Strong skills in de-escalation, crisis prevention, and positive reinforcement strategies
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, counselors, families, and other specialists
• Patience, excellent communication abilities, and a genuine commitment to the well-being of students

Primary Duties:
• Assist with the development and execution of individualized behavior intervention plans
• Work closely with students needing behavioral support, providing direct intervention and reinforcement
• Monitor student behaviors, document progress, and regularly report updates to relevant team members
• Collaborate with teachers and support staff to ensure consistent, school-wide application of behavior management strategies
• Participate in team meetings, contribute insights, and support professional development efforts related to behavioral health
