The Role We are seeking a certified ADHD/Autism coach or registered mental health counselor intern to join our practice on a 1099 basis. This is a fully remote, telehealth position with flexible scheduling — you set your own hours and caseload.

Who We're Looking For We welcome applications from candidates holding one or more of the following credentials:
• Certified ADHD Coach (PAAC or ICF-accredited)
• Certified Autism Coach or Specialist, must have or be willing to register for NPI number
• Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern (RMHCI)

Responsibilities
• Provide individual telehealth sessions to children, teens, and/or adults with ADHD, Autism, or related neurodevelopmental profiles
• Develop personalized coaching or treatment plans tailored to each client's strengths and goals
• Maintain accurate, timely session notes and documentation
• Communicate professionally with clients and their families

Requirements
• Active credential in your area of specialty (coaching certification or RMHCI registration)
• Experience working with neurodivergent individuals, especially children and/or teens
• Reliable internet connection and a private, confidential space for telehealth sessions
• Own professional liability insurance (required)

Nice to Have
• Experience across multiple age groups (kids, teens, and adults)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Familiarity with platforms such as SimplePractice or TherapyNotes

Compensation Flat rate per session, competitive and commensurate with credentials and experience. This is a 1099 independent contractor position.
