Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Behavioral Therapist located in Wrentham, MA. The Behavioral Therapist will implement ABA therapy programs, conduct behavior assessments, and collect and analyze data to monitor client progress. Additional responsibilities include developing individualized treatment plans, working closely with families to provide training and support, and collaborating with other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for clients.

Qualifications
• Experience with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Behavior Analysis
• Background in Psychology and familiarity with behavioral principles
• Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse individuals and teams
• Experience working with children, particularly those with autism or developmental disabilities
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to work on-site in Wrentham, MA
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Registered Behavior Technician) are preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field is advantageous
