Responsibilities:
• Deliver individualized behavioral interventions based on established treatment plans
• Collect and document data accurately to track student progress
• Collaborate closely with teachers, therapists, and other school staff to ensure consistency in behavior management
• Support students in developing social, communication, and coping skills through direct interaction
• Maintain professional and ethical standards in all interactions with students and staff
Desired Qualifications:
• Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
• Experience working with students across multiple grade levels, particularly in K-12 school settings
• Proven ability to work one-on-one with students with behavioral challenges
