Job Description

Essential Functions
• Implement individualized skill-acquisition programs and behavior intervention procedures as written by the supervising clinician.
• Collect accurate behavioral and skill data (frequency, duration, latency, trials, prompting levels, etc.) and enter data per clinic expectations.
• Complete daily session notes and required documentation in a timely, professional manner.
• Maintain client dignity, confidentiality, and professional boundaries; follow all clinic policies and procedures.
• Participate in ongoing supervision and training; implement feedback in a timely manner.
• Communicate session progress, barriers to implementation, and safety concerns promptly to the supervising clinician and leadership.
• Use proactive strategies and reinforcement procedures to support safe, therapeutic sessions.
• Provide services in school and home environments as assigned, maintaining professionalism and appropriate boundaries in each setting.

Requirements:

Required Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active RBT certification in good standing
• Ability to pass required background checks and meet school/in-home onboarding requirements.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally for in-home sessions (as scheduled).
• Basic computer skills for electronic data collection and documentation.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience providing ABA services in school settings and/or in-home settings.
• Experience with electronic data collection systems and clinical documentation.

Work Conditions & Physical Requirements
• Ability to work with children across developmental levels and behavior needs in varied settings.
• Ability to sit, stand, kneel, and engage in floor-based activities; respond quickly to maintain client safety.
• Ability to lift/move items up to 25 pounds and provide physical support as trained and permitted (reasonable accommodations considered).
