Job Description
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
This position is ideal for RBTs who value structured care, strong clinical support, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact through consistent client relationships.
Schedule
Monday - Friday
4:00 PM - 8:00 PM
In-home services
Key Responsibilities
• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to a pediatric client
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by supervising BCBAs
• Support communication, social, and daily living skill development
• Collect and document behavioral data during sessions
• Follow behavior intervention and safety plans
• Collaborate with supervising clinicians and caregivers
• Maintain professional and timely session documentation

Requirements
Education
• High school diploma or equivalent required
Certification
• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
Qualifications
• Experience providing ABA therapy preferred
• Reliable transportation
• Professional, dependable, and compassionate
• Ability to work with pediatric clients ages 2-14
• Ability to pass required background checks
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
