Job Summary:
We are excited to announce the grand opening of our Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) clinic in Boulder! As we embark on this journey to provide high-quality center-based therapy, we are seeking an experienced and passionate Clinical Director to lead our team and drive the success of our clinic.
This is an incredible opportunity for a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with leadership experience who is looking to make a lasting impact in the field of ABA. The Clinical Director will play a pivotal role in shaping our programs, mentoring staff, and ensuring the highest standards of care for individuals with autism.

Key Responsibilities:
As the Clinical Director at ACP, you will be responsible for:
• Overseeing all clinical operations and ensuring adherence to best practices in ABA therapy
• Providing leadership, training, and supervision to BCBAs and Behavior Technicians
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans and overseeing client progress
• Conducting assessments and ensuring high-quality intervention strategies
• Collaborating with families, caregivers, and community partners to support client success
• Remaining current on research and developments in behavior analysis to drive clinical improvements
• Ensuring compliance with all regulatory guidelines, ethical standards, and company policies
Qualifications:
• Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (Required)
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in ABA therapy, with leadership experience preferred
• Strong background in treatment planning, staff supervision, and clinical operations
• Proficiency in functional behavior assessments (FBA), data-driven decision-making, and patient care
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations, special education practices, and ABA therapy best practices
• Passion for mentoring, professional development, and fostering a collaborative clinic culture
• Must live/reside in the state of Colorado
