Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Miami-Dade County, FL, for a Behavioral Therapist. The Behavioral Therapist will be responsible for providing direct therapy services to clients, primarily children, using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques. Daily tasks include conducting behavioral assessments, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, training caregivers, and monitoring client progress. Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams and maintaining accurate documentation will also be key responsibilities.

Qualifications
• Strong knowledge and application of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Behavior Analysis principles
• Background in Psychology, including understanding developmental and behavioral disorders
• Interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and their families
• Experience working with children in a therapeutic or educational setting
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field (required); Master’s degree preferred
• Relevant certification (e.g., BCBA, BCaBA) or willingness to pursue certification
• Reliable transportation to travel to client locations
