Position Overview
Beachmont Behavioral Health is seeking motivated, developing clinicians to join our team as NonCertified Middle Tier Supervisors. This role is specifically designed for individuals actively enrolled in a Masters program in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field who are pursuing BCBA certification and are eager to receive highquality supervision from experienced BCBAs.
This hourly position provides a structured pathway to advanced clinical responsibility, leadership development, and supervised fieldwork while maintaining a strong emphasis on ethical practice, client outcomes, and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist BCBAs with the implementation and oversight of individualized treatment programs

• Support behavior plan implementation with fidelity across settings
• Participate in supervision meetings, team trainings, and clinical discussions
• Communicate professionally with caregivers under BCBA guidance
• Maintain ethical standards and documentation in accordance with BACB and company policies
Qualifications
• Currently enrolled in an MA or MS program in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Actively seeking BCBA or BCaBA certification
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
• Strong interest in clinical leadership and skill development
• Excellent communication, organization, and professional judgment
• Commitment to ethical, compassionate, clientcentered care
