We are seeking Qualified, Caring, Responsible, and Energetic individuals to join our team. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) you will be given an exciting and unique opportunity to provide one on one intensive services to help improve the lives of children with autism.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Board Certified behavior Analyst's (BCBA) are responsible for conducting assessments, writing, implementing, and monitoring behavior plans, data collection and display, as well as training and supervising caregivers (BT/RBT/QBHP's) in home or in community settings.
• Develop, plan and implement program goals, objectives, personnel, resources and equipment.
• Provide direction and oversight to staff members.
• Responsible for a caseload & therapist corresponding to caseload.
• Ensure that services are focused on the patients presenting treatment needs and request for service.
• Maintain caseload of billable hours in addition to supervisory duties
• Ensure that services are focused on the patients presenting treatment needs and request for service.
• Provide staff management including training, and performance management
QUALIFICATIONS:
• BCBA License Required
• LBA License Required
• Maintaining respect and confidentiality for all clients
• Ability to efficiently write and communicate verbally
• Ability to work supportively with other professionals and staff
• Clean criminal history
• Must have 3 evening or morning availability
